- Greet customers on arrival and direct them to the appropriate service
- Understand the customers needs and recommend appropriate services
- Communicate the customers requirements clearly to the technical team
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the customers satisfaction
- Manage any customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good understanding of vehicle mechanics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
