It's small town living around here, but we do have normal amenities and services that are nice to have. People are friendly and there is very little traffic you'll have to deal with. Our life is a little slower paced, but we still do have Walmart, Target, Costco, and most other chain stores in Kalispell 12 minutes from the dealership.

What You’ll Do
Wage: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Perform full interior and exterior detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles
- Wash, vacuum, shampoo, polish, wax, and restore surfaces
- Operate tools/equipment such as buffers, extractors, and pressure washers
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Ensure every vehicle meets Don K’s high-quality standards before delivery
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Consistent attendance and reliability—this role is essential to daily operations
