Our life is a little slower paced, but we still do have Walmart, Target, Costco, and most other chain stores in Kalispell 12 minutes from the dealership.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for seamless operations
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus (but not required!)
