- Help guests choose vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Explain vehicle features in a clear, helpful way
- Coordinate test drives and guide guests through the buying process
- Respond to phone and online inquiries
- Stay connected with guests through timely, thoughtful follow-up
- Use modern technology to manage opportunities and relationships
- Continue learning through daily coaching and paid training
