Don Johnson's Cumberland Motors is looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Cumberland.
This role is also commonly known as a Service Writer or Service Consultant. You’ll be the trusted connection between our guests and technicians, helping people feel informed, respected, and confident when they bring their vehicle in for service.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
- Listen to vehicle concerns and document them clearly.
- Write accurate repair orders for technicians.
- Review service history and recommend needed maintenance.
- Communicate estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations.
- Explain technician findings in a clear, helpful way.
- Keep guests updated throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service leadership.
- Help deliver a great experience with no regrets.

Requirements:Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record under company insurance requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time in Hayward, WI
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience
Previous automotive service experience is preferred, but we are also open to the right person with strong customer service, sales, hospitality, scheduling, or leadership experience.
