- Process transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Support banking functions such as cash management, balancing registers, and reconciling daily sales reports
- Assist with loan processing or financial service inquiries when applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Handle customer questions or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Ability to perform 10 key typing tasks accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of banking or financial services can be advantageous but is not mandatory; training will be provided
