Driver Pay
Solo Drivers
$0.60 CPM base pay
Up to $0.04 CPM quarterly performance bonus
Average 2,700–3,000 miles per week
$1,719 weekly average
Team Drivers
$0.80 CPM base pay
Average 5,000–6,000 miles per week
$3,712 weekly average per team
Additional Pay
$25/hour detention pay after 2 hours
$150 layover pay
$200 breakdown pay
Annual pay increases during the first three years
Weekly pay with direct deposit
