Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming vehicles, document any damage or missing items, and ensure all required materials are applied correctly.
- Maintain the organization and appearance of the lot, keeping vehicles clean and staged according to dealership standards.
- Monitor vehicles for fuel levels, tire pressure, and readiness for display.
- Assist with moving and transporting vehicles safely and according to established procedures.
- Support sales staff by ensuring vehicles are prepared and available when needed.
- Consistently follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable, consistent, and able to follow established systems without shortcuts.
- Comfortable working as part of a team where cooperation and reliability are key.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in a structured, process-driven role (warehouse, retail, or similar) is a plus.
- Consistent full-time schedule with Sundays off.
