Role Responsibilities
Diagnose Mechanical Issues: Inspect malfunctioning equipment, identify mechanical problems, and create accurate repair plans. Work closely with the Parts Department, management, and fellow technicians to ensure high‑quality, efficient service.
Perform Repairs & Maintenance: Install new components and complete routine maintenance to keep vehicles in top condition.
Support Customer Understanding: Clearly explain diagnoses, repair recommendations, and options to help customers make informed decisions. Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional service satisfaction.
Document All Work: Record repair and maintenance activities thoroughly and accurately. Note additional concerns and prepare detailed service reports.
