Kitchen Staff Wanted – Korean Fried Chicken Restaurant
We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team. Being on time, dependable, and having a strong work ethic are very important for this position.
Work Schedules
Schedule 6 Days/Week (Monday Off)
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- Friday & Saturday: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Work as a line cook
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- filter the fryers and wash all remaining dishes during closing
- Prepare and organize customer orders
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep work and closing duties
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy hours
Requirements
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willing to learn and help wherever needed
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but training will be provided
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
