Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and support our sales team while remaining active on the sales floor. This is a hands-on role that blends leadership with active selling, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our standard of excellence.
You will drive sales performance, support team development, and help maintain strong day-to-day store operations. This role requires someone who leads by example, stays engaged with the team, and consistently elevates both performance and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead from the floor through active selling and exceptional client engagement
- Deliver a refined, high-touch luxury experience that builds long-term client relationships
- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to consistently exceed individual and store performance goals
- Track, evaluate, and respond to sales performance metrics with strategies that drive sustainable growth
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, workflow, and team accountability
- Manage repair intake and confidently guide clients through service and solution-based transactions
- Work closely with ownership to support execution of sales strategy and overall business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of jewelry sales experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and cultivating long-term client relationships
- Comfortable handling repair intake with a solid understanding of jewelry construction and services
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, accountable, and floor-focused approach
- Ability to collaborate directly with ownership in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with both clients and team members
Industry credentials such as GIA, AJP, DCA, or AGS are a plus but not required.
Compensation, Benefits & Schedule
- $65,000 – $85,000 base (based on experience & expertise)
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Medical coverage (50/50 premium split partial deductible coverage)

- Tuesday - Saturday schedule, store closed Sundays and Mondays
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
