Earnings
- Commission-based. No cap.
- Typical annual earnings: $52,000-$100,000
- Top performers regularly exceed this range
- Engage customers quickly and confidently
- Ask direct, strategic questions to guide decisions
- Present vehicles and features with authority
- Manage relationships from first contact through delivery and follow-up
- Take full ownership of outcomes while working with a fast-paced team
- You own the customer experience and your results.
- Engage customers on Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms
- Create short videos (vehicle walk-arounds, deliveries, promotions)
- Are assertive, persuasive, and people-driven
- Enjoy competition, goals, and being measured
- Move fast, follow up relentlessly, and self-manage
- Want income growth, recognition, and visibility
- Comfort on camera and willingness to put yourself out there - Training is provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
