The role:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives across Region 6
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties.
- Drive Medicare and Home Health admissions growth throughout the territory
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and admissions activity
- Coach and develop Sales Representatives to maximize referral generation and territory growth
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, SNFs, and community partners
Required competencies:
- Previous leadership experience within Home Health or Home Care business development
- Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams
- Strong knowledge of the West Coast of Florida healthcare market
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Empathy and ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to work towards targets and hold teams accountable
