Community Liaison - Hospice

I am working on behalf of a Hospice agency in El Paso with an excellent reputation across El Paso and Texas.

The agency has been established over 21 years.

The Role:

• Build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare partners to foster trust and collaboration.
• Promote hospice services through consistent outreach and compassionate communication.
• Help grow our presence by positioning our hospice as a trusted provider in the community.
• Increase referrals through regular visits with physicians, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers.
• Support patients and families by explaining hospice services and guiding them through the consent process with empathy and respect.

Required Competencies:

• Current sales/marketing experience in hospice required.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice services.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
