BOH Sous chef – DOMODOMO Hawaii (Opening Nov 2025)

Responsibilities
- Conduct and report physical product inventory, prepare usage forecasts, and create detailed reports.
- Partner with the General Manager to analyze food costs and prepare justification reports.
- Control food cost to meet or exceed company standards.
- Review and monitor invoices to ensure timely submission to Accounting.
- Supervise receiving and delivery logs.
- Monitor and reduce food waste.
- Assist in developing and maintaining appropriate staffing and scheduling plans.
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of qualified BOH staff.
- Train, mentor, and onboard new employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely timekeeping submissions for payroll processing.
- Provide input for salary administration.
- Maintain strong employee relations and positive kitchen cu
- lture.
- Uphold sanitation standards in compliance with local health codes and company policies.
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Kitchen Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Cook experience in a full-service fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of P&L.
- ServSafe certification required.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, employees, and management teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience).
- Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience (Preferred).
