The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing office communications, coordinating deliveries and vendor interactions, scheduling meetings, supporting new hires, and assisting with a variety of office operations to keep the workplace running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in visitors, clients, and employees, and direct them to the appropriate locations.
- Answer, transfer, and manage incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sign for, and distribute packages and mail; create shipping labels as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and confirm deliveries.
- Schedule and set up meetings, including conference room management.
- Assist with employee onboarding and provide support for Brivo access.
- Maintain a clean and organized front lobby and reception area.
- Support office operations by managing supplies, ordering lunch or other items, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
- Prepare monthly tasks, including anniversary/birthday lists, ordering cakes, business cards, and writing personal notes for customers.
- File checks and important documents, and help collect signatures for legal documents.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency with office tools and systems (phone, email, scheduling software, shipping tools, access systems).
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or demonstrated equivalent experience in office administration or customer-facing roles
