POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the GM Strategic Solutions, the Strategic Solutions Director will focus on the selling and implementation of AI-driven, highly scalable data products & solutions. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a sales, consulting and/or analytics role, with a proven track record of effectively influencing internal stakeholders and client relationships and achieving measurable impact. This individual will join an enthusiastic, fast-paced and dynamic team at Domo. A successful candidate will have demonstrated sustained exceptional performance, innovation, creativity, insight, good judgment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Works with sales leaders, executive stakeholders, individual account executives, developers, consultants, UX experts, client executive sponsors and their teams to identify AI & Data Product needs that Domo is uniquely positioned to satisfy; Partners with Domo’s Revenue Org to qualify use cases and demonstrate trust and credibility with customers to drive net new business for Domo dependent on successful implementation of strategic solutions; Leads the execution of Domo’s Strategic Solution Development Methodology through Domo Solution Sprints – hyper-focused, onsite engagements with customers to prototype solutions, business case their potential impact and articulate the scope and roadmap to realize success; Development and execution of sales & marketing strategies to drive Strategic Solution pipeline; Collaboration with Domo Engineering and Client Services to define and action initiatives to embed AI in how we work and deliver strategic solutions. JOB REQUIREMENTS 10 years of relevant business experience and high performance; Expert influencing and facilitation skills; Entrepreneurial spirit and highly outcome driven – the role is measured primarily based on $ outcomes for Domo and its customers; Ability to lead and bridge technical and business focused conversations, and comfortable challenging subject matter experts to inspire the best possible outcomes for our customers; Deep understanding of data and analytics, including the application of traditional data science and Generative AI to the creation of custom data products; Highly effective at managing relationships across diverse teams, hierarchical levels and organization types, from corporate to multinational enterprises; Proven experience in effectively partnering with business teams to deliver their goals and outcomes; Minimum Bachelor's Degree, with a Masters Degree preferred. Nice to Have Experience working with APIs; Experience working with Web Technologies (Javascript, Html, CSS); Experience with scripting technologies (Java, Python,R, etc.).
