What You'll Do
As an LPN working with Domnovate Healthcare, you will support patient care teams within partner healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Assisting with patient assessments and care planning
- Communicating patient status with RNs, physicians, and care teams
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants
- Participating in shift handoffs and care coordination
- Supporting patient education and discharge preparation
Qualifications
Required
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current BLS / CPR certification
Preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care
- Comfort working in team-based care environments
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Physical Requirements
This role may involve:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting or assisting with up to 40 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and patient assistance
- Use of PPE in clinical environments
