Job Description
Tasks that require little skill can be learned quickly; other tasks require
considerable experience or training. Often required to work outside in all kinds of
weather or in buildings without heating or air conditioning.
Responsible for assisting the leader to achieve and maintain high standards of
customer satisfaction and delivery by focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency
while minimizing costs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Position will include a variety of duties. Duties to include, but not limited to, treading uncured tires and cleaning equipment
Performing daily equipment checks
Responsible for executing immediate and proactive actions
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred
Positive attitude and work ethic
Good communication skills and communication with all levels of
management
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
Physical demands and abilities:
Frequently lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 lbs. and adjust body
position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods
of time
Having a good sense of balance
Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon the season
