About the Opportunity
Dominus Solutions is expanding its home improvement division and seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Closer to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a confident sales professional who excels at building relationships, presenting solutions, and turning qualified opportunities into closed deals.
You will work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, present home improvement solutions tailored to their goals, and guide them through the sales process from initial consultation to contract execution.
With qualified leads provided and support from our team, you can focus on what you do best: building trust, delivering value, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Work a pipeline of company-provided leads and engage with qualified homeowners interested in home improvement solutions.
- Conduct professional in-home or virtual consultations to identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present products and services clearly, emphasizing quality, value, functionality, and long-term benefits.
- Build rapport with homeowners, address questions and objections, and guide prospective customers through the decision-making process.
- Explain available pricing and financing options, as applicable, and facilitate the sales process from consultation through contract signing.
- Maintain accurate lead information, sales activity, and deal progress within the company CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates and close outstanding opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth transition from sale to project fulfillment.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations.
Compensation and Benefits
- 100% commission-based compensation as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Company-provided leads at no cost to the sales representative.
- Estimated annual earning potential of $80,000–$150,000 , based on individual performance and sales volume.
- Flexible scheduling with the opportunity to manage your time effectively.
- Performance-driven earning potential with no fixed salary cap.
Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, sales volume, and applicable commission terms.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous sales, closing, or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust, establish rapport, and communicate value effectively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable for individual performance.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and maintaining organized sales records.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and navigate the sales process with confidence.
- Willingness to learn product offerings, sales strategies, and company processes.
- Home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, or other residential sales experience is a plus, but not required.
