What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Dominos?
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to delivery orders promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase customer satisfaction.
Currently looking for day shift (10:30 am - 6 pm), rush shift (4 pm - 8 pm), or closers (5pm - 1am)
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of orders to different addresses and through different routes
- Drive safely, responsibly and obey all traffic laws.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve guests’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Follow Heightened Time Awareness procedures safely and effectively.
Skills
- At least 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license for at least two years
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with no more than three citations within three years, and no more than two citations within twelve months. No major moving violations (DUI, Racing, Reckless, etc.)

- Friendly, polite, positive attitude, work well in a team environment, a good work ethic, a problem solver, punctual, reliable, follows directions, able to read a map, hustle while keeping safety a priority.
Duties
- Take orders, answer phones, help customers, food preparation, demonstrate product knowledge, cleaning, and local advertising, cash handling, and follow image standards.
Pay

- Starts at $8 per hour tips $0.40 per mile driven on deliveries.
- Averages out to about $15 -$20 per hour or more!*
