Responsibilities
- Lead the team through each shift, ensuring efficient food preparation, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant operations including order accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Support food preparation tasks including cooking, assembling orders, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Assist with training new team members in food service techniques, customer interaction, and safety protocols.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by bussing tables, managing kitchen cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant upkeep.
- Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant operations is requitred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
- Previous roles involving food preparation, cooking, or banquet service are valuable assets.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
