Position Overview:

As a Multi-Store Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily operations across multiple Domino’s locations. Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Unit Management & Leadership

Directly oversee multiple Domino’s store locations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and store performance benchmarks.

Support and mentor store managers in developing leadership skills, improving operational efficiency, and driving business success.

Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide hands-on coaching, and address any challenges impacting performance.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all stores.

Operational Excellence & Customer Experience

Implement strategies to optimize store operations, inventory management, and labor costs while maintaining profitability.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, customer satisfaction, food quality, and delivery efficiency across multiple locations.

Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and ensure prompt resolution, preserving brand reputation and customer loyalty.

Uphold Domino’s commitment to fast, fresh, and high-quality products by enforcing brand guidelines and operational procedures.

Financial Oversight & Business Growth

Analyze financial reports and identify areas for cost reduction, revenue growth, and improved operational efficiency.

Compliance, Training & Employee Development

Ensure stores comply with health and safety regulations, food safety guidelines, and labor laws.

Lead staff training initiatives, promoting professional development and employee engagement across all stores.

Implement processes to maintain a high level of employee retention, motivation, and satisfaction.

Drive recruitment efforts by ensuring hiring standards meet company needs and developing talent pipelines for managerial roles.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field OR

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience at Domino’s Pizza.

Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple locations effectively.

Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage teams, corporate leadership, and customers.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak business hours.

Willingness to travel between locations, providing in-person leadership and support.
