Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily store operations.
- Lead, coach, schedule, and develop team members.
- Recruit, hire, and retain employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Control food, labor, and operating costs.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling.
- Monitor sales, profitability, and store performance.
- Ensure compliance with Domino's policies and local regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Train employees on operational procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous restaurant or retail management experience (Domino's Pizza preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic financial and cost-management knowledge.
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and store technology.
- Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Bend, reach, crouch, and climb when stocking or cleaning.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $45,451.06 - $70,000.00 per year
