$16/Hour Bonus = Full-Time Shift Lead Level 1 Certified for 3 months
$17/Hour Bonus = Full-Time Shift Lead Level 1 Certified for 1 year
$18/Hour Bonus = Full-Time Certified Shift Lead Level months)
GMs = $50,000/Year starting salary Bonus
