Job Description

You oversee the operation of a single store. From the hiring, leading and directing of team members to achieving financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, it is up to you to make your store a success.

Don’t Worry! As a Fast Track General Manager, you will learn every aspect of our business over a six-to-eight-week period to take over your own store location. (Location Placement Varies)

This is a fast-track role for High Performers who want their own store as quickly as possible.

Fast Track General Managers earn $50k / year plus bonus. The better the results, the better the bonus!

Qualifications

Our Fast-Track Operating Partner position requires you to learn every role in-store; that includes delivering pizzas! Candidate must have an acceptable motor vehicle record, background check, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle are necessary for this role.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma
• An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Auto Insurance
• Reliable Vehicle
• Previous Employment Reference
• Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 60-mile radius
