Job Description

Job Duties:

• DMs will lead their unit Managers in execution of operations and administrative tasks in accordance with Domino's rules and practices.
• DMs will lead and guide their Crews in the processes required to prepare & cook customer's orders in accordance with Domino's standards and procedures.
• DMs must be able to lead unit crews to drive sales, maintain quality product and promote a great experience for customers and employees alike.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5-6 years of combined multi-unit and single-unit Food Service Management Experience.
• Availability for to work Nights & Weekends.
• Must be available for at least 50 hours per week.
• Must be able to Manage and Lead multiple crews in a fast-paced industry.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Must have great communication skills.
• Must have attention for detail & food quality.
• Must display maturity, patience, and great people skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 50lbs with good mobility.
• Basic computer, math, and business software skills.

• DM Position Pays $70,000 Flat yearly Salary with monthly bonuses on top that can equal over $100k in yearly income.

Qualifications

3 Years of Multi-unit management in fast-food/quick service restaurant industry.

3-5 Years of General/Lead Management of a single unit in the fast-food/quick service restaurant industry.
