Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and other languages.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
