Position Overview

As a team member at Domino’s, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience. This could involve various duties, such as taking orders, making pizzas, cleaning, and managing inventory. Whether you're a customer service rep or working behind the scenes, your contribution is key to our success!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Take and process phone orders, communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Food Preparation: Operate equipment, prepare pizzas, and stock ingredients.
• Inventory Management: Receive deliveries, track inventory, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, including cleaning equipment and facilities.

Skills and Requirements

• Age Requirement: Must be 16 or older.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Basic Math Skills: Able to perform basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Motor Skills: Ability to handle kitchen tools and operate equipment with speed and precision.

Work Environment & Conditions

• Physical Demands: Standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Temperature: Exposure to varying temperatures from cold (coolers) to hot (ovens).
• Equipment: Use of kitchen equipment like ovens, pizza cutters, and telephones.
