Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Consent to background check
- Must be 16 years of age to legally (State Law) operate Pizza Ovens.
