Domino's is growing and in need of motivated, friendly individuals for Assistant Manager positions at our Frederick, MD stores and surrounding locations.
All you need is a great can-do attitude, high energy, excellent customer rapport and to lead a team by example. We'll provide the rest.
Here's what we need from you (i.e. our requirements):
-Previous restaurant management experience is preferred
-Previous pizza experience is a plus
-Fast food and/or restaurant experience is required
-Thrives in a fast paced environment
-A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
-A desire to learn and grow. We provide advancement opportunities for all-star General Managers
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
-This is a hands on job. You will be learning how to effectively run a pizza business in hopes we can have you manage and maybe franchise a Domino's in the future.
-Most shifts start around 3pm-5pm
