Job Description
- Successfully leads and tracks training through Adobe.
- Leads communication for all company training expectations and systems.
- Ability to teach classroom activities (OA, Safety & Security, and GMIT classes)
- Support and participate in General Manager rally activities.
- Support rollout of new company products and/or training initiatives
- Communicate scheduled training through company calendar.
- Hands on in-store training
SUPPORT BUILDING MARKET GENERAL MANAGER IN-TRAINING BENCH
- Communicate and support processes for company career paths.
- Support in-store operation (keep the doors open and deliveries running)
Pay will be hourly plus trainer bonus.
Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours and be on your feet long periods of time.
- Able to stand/sit and drive a vehicle for long periods of time; and
- Good hearing, visual, memory, writing, reading, math and organizational skills
- A helpful personality.
- The ability to work well with others and maintain professionalism at all times;
- The ability to develop and build professional relationships with staff and guests; and
- Great communication and leadership skills
- Must be able to pass an MVR
- Must be able to pass a management background.
