Assistant Manager/Manager in Training

We are seeking Assistant Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team in the store you are assigned to. This is a position that will allow you to make great compensation while honing your craft until you are ready for the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of drivers and insiders
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Support operations by preparing product, taking orders, and making deliveries
• Inventory, cash & labor management
• Staffing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, restaurant, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities & charismatic
