What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive DMS SaaS - Regional Sales Manager / Account Manager position at Dominion VUE / DMS?
- Drive new customer acquisition and generate revenue in your assigned territory
- Build strong, consultative relationships with dealership stakeholders by understanding their unique business needs
- Execute full-cycle sales strategies — from lead generation to contract close
- Develop and maintain an effective sales plan with short- and long-term goals
Collaborate across departments (Marketing, BDC, Product, Implementation) to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain up-to-date client records and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Represent Dominion at regional/state associations and industry events
- 3 years of sales experience selling to automotive dealerships, ideally in SaaS, DMS, or ancillary automotive tech
- Demonstrated success in territory sales and new business development
- Experience working with dealership decision-makers (GMs, Dealer Principals, Controllers, etc.)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and pipeline management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology is a plus - Ability to travel within your region and occasionally for company-wide events
