Dominion Title is seeking an experienced Title Processor / Post Closer to join our growing real estate settlement team. ResponsibilitiesTitle Processing
- Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Order and review title searches, payoff statements, surveys, HOA documents, and other required items
- Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Prepare, review, and organize settlement documents and closing packages
- Ensure every file meets lender, underwriter, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor transaction timelines and maintain accurate, organized files
Post Closing
- Review completed files for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and submit documents for recording
- Issue title insurance policies and complete all post-closing requirements
- Follow up on outstanding lender and title conditions
- Research and resolve post-closing issues while maintaining complete file documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Title Processor, Post Closer, or similar role within the real estate settlement industry
- Hands-on experience with Qualia is required
- Strong knowledge of the residential real estate closing process
- Ability to effectively manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Virginia title and settlement procedures is preferred
Qualia Experience Is Required
Qualia is the foundation of our daily workflow. Candidates must have prior experience using Qualia to manage real estate transactions. While we'll train the right person on our internal procedures, familiarity and confidence with the Qualia platform is a requirement for this role.
