Dominion Technologies Group, Inc. is seeking a Production Process Developer to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure quality, cost, and efficiency requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes for fabricating and machining
- Verify drawings prior to release for fabrication
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize pricing and delivery
- Process fabricated spare parts orders as required
- Track incoming fabrications and machined parts against timeline requirements
- Support all quality systems requirements
- Update Epicor order entry and status of components sourced internally and externally
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
5 years' experience in machine tool equipment processing and fabrication
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and uses
- Awareness of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for efficient manufacture
- ERP/MRP experience preferred
- Microsoft office experience
