Role Description
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a luxury high-rise residential community in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, on-site role involves property management, resident relations, team supervision, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional levels of service. Tasks will include managing leasing activities, addressing tenant concerns, overseeing maintenance operations, implementing property-wide initiatives, and driving community engagement to sustain and enhance property value.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, leasing, marketing and maintaining luxury high-rise residential communities.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and team members.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to manage operations effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative functions, including budget management, scheduling, and use of property management software.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, leasing processes, and marketing strategies for upscale properties is preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage a team and create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Previous experience in luxury property or hospitality management is required.
- Strong financial & operational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Yardi, RentCafe, CRM, Revenue Management, Forecast IQ & Excel are all musts.
- Able to perform administration and have thorough understanding of real estate accounting.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug test.
- CAM designation.
