This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing revitalization of Baltimore by helping to deliver safe, affordable, and high-quality housing. The Residential Services Technician will play a key role in maintaining Dominion’s residential property portfolio by completing punch-out items, performing maintenance repairs, and assisting with renovation projects. This individual will report to the Director of Property Operations.

Your Impact:
• Ensure Dominion’s residential properties are safe, functional, and ready for occupancy
• Support renovation and turnover projects by completing punch-out and maintenance tasks
• Maintain the quality of Dominion’s housing portfolio through reliable electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
• Help ensure repair and maintenance requests are resolved quickly and efficiently
Daily Tasks:
• Perform residential maintenance and repair work across Dominion’s property portfolio
• Complete punch-out lists on recently renovated homes
• Perform light electrical work such as installing fixtures, replacing outlets and switches, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues
• Perform plumbing repairs including fixing leaks, installing sinks or faucets, replacing toilets, and resolving drain issues
• Handle general maintenance tasks such as drywall patching, painting touch-ups, trim work, caulking, and hardware installation
• Install or replace appliances, lighting, and other basic fixtures as needed
• Conduct property inspections to identify repair or maintenance needs
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards
• Maintain organized tools, materials, and workspaces
Requirements:
• Previous experience in residential maintenance, construction, or renovation work
• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete punch-out and finishing work with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different properties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Trade school education or certifications related to electrical, plumbing, or construction trades
• Experience working in property management, residential renovations, or maintenance teams
