Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, body mechanics, and home exercise programs.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using EMR and AI-assisted documentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
License/Certification:
- Physical Therapy License (Required or eligible for Virginia license)
Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

- Doctorate (Required)
Experience:
