Manage the day to day operations of the childcare center with staff of 7-13, and policies, compliance, processes and educational programming for early childcare facility. Oversee the creation and implementation of developmentally age appropriate educational tools and programs. Monitor classroom standards.
Ensure staff as well as the center meets all local, state and federal health and safety regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to recruit, hire, train and supervise and evaluate staff and foster positive work environment. Manage the budget, track expenses, handle enrollment, billing and maintain accurate record keeping. Managing the operation of the USDA food program and child care enrollment.
