We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team and continue to elevate our venue’s exceptional reputation.

Job Description

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wedding and event venue as well as the boutique hotel. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, providing an exceptional experience for our clients, and managing the venue's staff to deliver top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the event venue and hotel operations, including event coordination, guest services, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff members to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring that weddings, conferences, and other events meet or exceed client expectations.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the venue and hotel.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the venue for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to health and safety, licensing, and hospitality.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales and business development efforts to increase revenue and bookings.
• Monitor key operational and financial performance indicators and implement improvements as needed.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional hospitality across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in venue and/or full service hotel management.
• Prior experience managing weddings, conferences, or large-scale events is highly preferred.
• F&B and banquet experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financials, and sales.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of event planning software and property management systems is a must.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
