Your Impact:

  • Foster strong, service-driven relationships with borrowers to ensure a smooth and efficient loan experience
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality execution across all stages of the mortgage lifecycle

In This Role You Will:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan process, ensuring timely communication and support
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and proactive engagement
  • Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, and internal teams to drive loan pipeline progress
  • Monitor active loan files to ensure timely completion in accordance with internal guidelines and investor requirements
  • Review and verify accuracy of loan documents including disclosures, credit reports, income documentation, and appraisals
  • Provide status updates and address delays or issues proactively
  • Resolve client concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Accurately log all interactions and loan-related details in internal systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services with direct client interaction
  • Strong working knowledge of the mortgage process, regulatory requirements, and loan documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and resolve complex client issues independently
