- Drive new business development and manage existing wholesale broker relationships
- Serve as a strategic partner and problem-solver for brokers to guide deals through to closing
- Support Dominion’s continued growth through market development and strong client relationship management
- Develop and expand wholesale mortgage sales within a designated market, with a focus on non-QM products
- Achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in the non-QM space
- Maintain a minimum monthly production of $2,500,000
- Cultivate, onboard, and transition new and existing wholesale relationships to Dominion Financial Services
- Work directly with broker clients to structure deals, provide solutions, and ensure successful loan closings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in non-QM wholesale mortgage sales and a minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry
- Proven success in leading sales efforts and building wholesale broker partnerships
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance standards, and market trends
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
