DFS originates two main loan products – a short-term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. - Provide detailed and accurate daily reports to management
- Maintain and audit a variety of spreadsheets and report any exceptions to management
- Contact borrowers, investors, insurance companies on an ongoing basis to help ensure loans close on time
- Obtain reports need for verification purposes from third party sites
- Maintain a filing system for open and closed loan files to allow all employees to easily find files without assistance
- Create borrower files and ensure the documents added are correctly titled
- Complete additional administrative tasks assigned by management in a timely manner
- 3-5 years of administrative experience – Preferably in the Financial industry
- Experience maintaining and updating detailed electronic filing systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Prior experience working with Salesforce is a plus
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
