- Oversee day to day loan servicing operations
- Track and report employee performance
- Ensure incoming phone calls are answered
- Ensure customer tickets are processed in a timely manner
- Resolve tier-3 borrower issues
- Oversee loan extension & draw process
- Compile and generate extension fee quotes, payoff and default statements
- Ensure proof of insurance is tracked and force placed insurance is applied when needed
- Ensure mortgage payments are received and documented properly
- Ensure monthly statements are sent to borrowers in a timely manner
- 3 years of mortgage servicing experience
- 2 years of management experience
- Experience with departmental cross training
- Hard money lending experience is a plus
- Analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results and/or relationships
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills interpreting, applying, and explaining written and oral regulations, and instructions
