Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete and accurate loan records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Process loan payoffs efficiently and issue necessary documentation for borrower requests.
- Generate and distribute recurring notices across all product lines, including billing statements and maturity notices.
- Prepare and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform precise data entry in Salesforce, updating loan details and maintaining data integrity.
- Provide clear, professional customer service by addressing loan-related inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct regular audits of loan files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Reconcile payments and process financial transactions with a high level of accuracy.
- Support financial reporting and compliance efforts by updating reports for partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with underwriting, loan origination, and accounting teams to improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist with daily reconciliations and documentation of deposits, new loans, and loan transfers in QuickBooks and Excel.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in loan servicing, loan documentation, or a related financial role.
- Proven ability to work with precision in a highly structured, detail-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with general ledger balancing and common banking transactions.
- Experience with Salesforce or other loan servicing software is a plus.
