We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This role is focused on projects associated with high volume and lower financial impacts on the Electric Transmission or Distribution System. The role typically supports projects focused on transmission line and substation reliability, as well as those prompted by increased load requirements. This encompasses a range of activities such as load-driven upgrades, system interconnections, substation expansions, and additional capital improvement efforts.
The successful candidate ensures project deliverables meet defined requirements while providing clear, timely status updates to management and stakeholders. Responsibilities include oversight of scope, cost development, permitting, work planning, and environmental studies.

Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
- 5-6 years demonstrated experience in project management, engineering, system protection, or construction
- Experience with Electric Utility preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Project management
- General understanding of the principles and practices for transmission lines, major substation components, and distribution feeders., and major substation components.
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums.
- Strong team building skills.
- Effective decision-making and negotiating skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems
- Ability to process information quickly and effectively manage multiple tasks
