At Dominion Claims Solutions, you’ll join a startup founded by claims professionals who know the industry inside and out. We’ve built our company around efficiency, client service, and creating opportunities for our team as we expand.
As a TPA Insurance Claims Adjuster (Claims Consultant), you will manage the end-to-end claims process within the commercial auto insurance industry. Responsibilities include:
- Handle a caseload of claims across commercial auto, property damage, and bodily injury lines among others as required by each unique claim from beginning to end
- Communicate daily with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and others to ensure claims are resolved fairly and efficiently
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims within authority limits
- Prepare and maintain accurate claim documentation and reports
- Collaborate with company partners to improve claims handling processes as the business grows
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, experienced, and ready to grow with a young but ambitious company. Requirements include:
- 1–2 years of experience handling insurance claims (2 preferred); property damage or bodily injury claims experience strongly preferred (commercial auto experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adjuster’s license (or willingness to obtain after hire, if experienced)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
