Job Summary
Dominion Cares is seeking a reliable and dependable Caregiver to provide quality care and support to children and individuals in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate is compassionate, trustworthy, punctual, and committed to consistently showing up and delivering excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, companionship, and personal care based on individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Maintain professionalism, attendance, and dependability at all times.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Must be able to pass a background study.
- Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.At Dominion Cares, reliability and dependability are not optional. We are looking for caregivers our clients and families can count on every day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
