Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock cooking stations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service.
- Help with food prep, inventory rotation, and cleaning duties.
- Ensure every dish is prepared with consistency and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience is required.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
